Connie Brohman

Senior Vice President

Connie has more than 13 years experience in executive search and serves clients in both Consumer & Retail and Financial Services. Prior to her role as Senior Vice President, she served as Slayton’s Director of Operations. In this position, she was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the firm including the management of research, information systems, human resources and staff recruiting.

Prior to joining Slayton Search Partners, Connie held various management functions in the executive search profession for both A.T. Kearney Executive Search and Russell Reynolds Associates. Her experience includes managing research, information technology and application developments, training, and operations. She has also participated in search execution primarily for Board of Director positions.

Before entering professional services, Connie worked in the consumer packaged goods industry, most notably with Sara Lee Corporation where she supported business and strategic planning processes in a research and financial analyst role.
