With almost 20 years of experience in executive search, Rick has successfully served Fortune 500 clients in the consumer products, industrial and financial service sectors. In such, he has assisted a variety of publicly and privately-held companies in recruiting ''C-Level'' executives in general management, key line and staff positions.

Rick prides himself on developing long-term relationships which has caused his practice to cross three major industry sectors. On average, Rick's client relationships are over five years in length and some stretch to 12 years. Great client experiences and repeat work are some of the hallmarks that have made Rick one of the country's most respected search professionals.

In April 2008, Rick was recognized by BusinessWeek as one of ''The World's Most Influential Headhunters.'' He also sits on the Americas Board for AESC, the industry association for executive search consulting. Rick has previously been a member on a number of other not-for-profit boards as well.

Rick and his wife, Meg, reside in Evanston, Illinois and have three children.
