David Cech

Senior Vice President

David serves clients in the industrial, consumer and financial services industries with placements that include Presidents and General Managers and also functional leadership in Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Human Resources. He has more than 10 years experience in executive search working for clients that include Fortune 500 and Private Equity companies as well as non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining Slayton Search Partners, David served in roles of increasing responsibility with Korn/Ferry International supporting the Managing Director for the Global Industrial Practice. David participated in end-to-end recruiting initiatives, candidate development and project management.

Previously, David was an Associate with CRG, a division of Cook Associates, where he provided both contract research services and end-to-end recruitment solutions to clients across diverse industries and areas of functional expertise.
