William E. Morris

Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

Bill is the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Slayton Search Partners and is responsible for all facets of accounting and finance, technology, and administrative operations.

Throughout his career, Bill has focused on small, entrepreurial organizations where his ability to wear many hats has been a tremendous asset. He has been part of start-ups, spin-offs, turnarounds, high-growth, and re-structurings in primarily finance positions but also straddling the line into operations. His experience includes both publicly-held as well as private organizations. Immediately prior to joining Slayton, Bill served as Controller for a privately held, start-up recruiting and staffing organization specializing primarily in the healthcare field.

Bill began his Accounting and Finance career in public accounting with KPMG/Peat Marwick. He and his wife, Melina, live in Streamwood, Illinois and have two daughters that keep him perpetually running.
