Our firm was conceived of a management consulting philosophy and born from our founder, Dick Slayton’s, uncommon commitment to a new vision of executive search best practices. Although no longer an owner or active in the firm, his principles live on at the "new" Slayton Search Partners.
In the early days, our executive search practice was built around a set of principles that still resonate in our search engagements today. These principles are now being further developed by our founder’s son, Rick Slayton, along with a team of senior colleagues who - in keeping with Rick’s strategic vision - were brought in from many of the other major search firms.
